Summary
I can't believe that this dryer is rated 4.5 stars. I would not give it 1. I bought the washer and dryer as a wedding gift for my son and daugher in-law. It has been almost 10 months since that purchase, and believe me, it was not cheap. They have had nothing but trouble with both. If that was not enough, they have had trouble with the manufacturer. Talk about the run around. You have to have the dryer serviced 3 times, yes, I said three times. As if you don't know after the first service call!! After that you have to fax in all service reports. That's if you can get the right fax number from them. Then, they have to decide if they want to replace it. In the meantime, I have three grandchildren whose clothes are not getting laundered. Six weeks went by the first time, when the washer broke. Now, it has been 5 weeks. I am now in contact with Home Depot in Brighton, CO where I bought the set, to see if they would please come pick up the LG's and replace them with something more dependable. It has been 3 days, I have not heard from them either.
Don't waste your money or your sanity on these.
